We’re the same small family workshop, just expanding our offerings, and we’re excited to bring you even more of what inspires us. We created FOURTEEN SHORE to be the overarching brand for the goods we sell – a general store where we can explore a variety of lines made by, customized by, or purveyed by us with a paramount focus on craftsmanship and quality sourced materials – items you’d be happy to receive or gift to someone special.
All our knives and tools are crafted here in the U.S. using American-sourced materials, with a focus on traditional handcrafting complemented by mid-tech methods. This blend of techniques ensures each piece merges artisanal craftsmanship with modern precision, all in the service of turning our vision into reality and reflecting our dedication to the creative spirit and quality that will endure.
When I hold a tool or item with wear put on it from years of service, it tells a story. Many of the items we find in use today lack that capacity due to the materials used or are not sustainable enough to harbor such memories and traditions. Our tools are crafted for enduring use, with materials that will develop a gentle patina over the years, and are designed to last lifetimes with proper care. We treasure the items that have been passed down to us from generation to generation and strive to create unique objects worthy of establishing that same provenance in your family.
