This custom Fireside Company set includes the following:
-5.1” Custom “Leilani” Knife with a full flat grind and rounded spine– wonderfully balanced in 154cm steel, sculpted torrefied maple / red liners / sycamore center strip handles (museum fit so they’ll always sit proud of the tang) The full tang has been weight reduced, the steel is .140 thick, and weight of the knife by itself is approximately 6.3oz. Overall length: 9.5″
-patina ready Leather Sheath that sits high on the belt with straps included for optional scout carry
-“Coyote” cap lifter / ruler / scraper in brass

The Forty Seven Series was inspired by items from the past using modern materials and methods. These knives feature classic 154cm stainless steel with a working finish perfect for daily tasks at home or in the field. The finish can be touched up easily with an abrasive pad. When we heat treat, we aim for a nice balance between hardness and durability. This steel maintains an edge without being overly difficult to sharpen. Handles are finished with our all-natural F Balm and can be kept looking beautiful and protected for a good while with the supplied tin. (use sparingly)
